MANAGEMENT AND MISSION WITHIN FACILITY
The fundamental mission of ServiceMaster management program is to train, equip, motivate and develop employees in the performance of service duties in our performance agreement. These tasks are mutually agreed upon with our customer. At the core of this program is a ServiceMaster team responsible for the implementation of the Entire ServiceMaster program within the facility.
SERVICEMASTER TRANING PROGRAMS
The ServiceMaster training process is recognized as the finest in the industry for teaching job skills. Our management team will conduct job skill training and review sessions with the facility personnel. Each employee is provided with sufficient training to make each individual as efficient, effective and productive as possible.

PROCESS CONTROL
Overall control of the management program will always be retained by our customer. The ServiceMaster coordinating manager and his management team report to a designee of your facility. Our process control programs which are jointly designated by the facility management and the management team tracks the process of the program. This program includes supervision reports, facility inspections and joint review sessions. Continuous improvement is assured with a ServiceMaster program.
