Basic Features

DocuVu (dok'y-Vyoo) is a user-friendly, flexible, and powerful indexing and retrieval software that tailor-fits to customer requirements and needs.
Main Functions
- search, add, modify, delete record.
- view list of documents for a selected record.
- view pages of a selected document.
- rotate page clockwise and counter-clockwise.
- zoom page to various settings.
- encode indexes for documents in a docCD and in a cache.
- encode indexes for scanned pages.
DocuVu Version 5
has the following optional as plugin to enhance its basic functionality.
- web-based enterprise edition - will allow the user to view and retrieve documents via intranet/internet using a browser.
- a multi-pane page viewer - will allow the user to view various parts of the page at the same time and also maximizes the viewing area of the screen.
- a power indexing module-together with the multi-pane page viewer will allow for faster encoding search.
- inter-application record search.
- audit trail - will allow the administrator to automatically record the changes made to data in your database. Also, this will track specific users actions as well as it validates user permission.
